If you are buying items that are 2 for $10, please type $5 for Product price and 2 for quantity. However, in cases where the promotion ends or item is out of stock, Le Belle will update buyers about the situation. Should buyers decide not to buy, Le Belle will make full refunds for that particular item. However refund will be made if there is any excess after 2nd payment
After receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation email within 24hrs. Should you not receive our confirmation email, please email us again to check for order status.
Payment
Payment is divided into 2 parts.
1st payment happens after we send you a confirmation email. It includes the total product costs (after converting to SGD), handling fee and initial shipping deposit. LeBelle charges initial shipping deposit of SGD2 for each item (deposit amount may change if item is too heavy, eg Luggage). Handling fees will differ from each spree, ranging from SGD0.50 to SGD1. Please refer to individual spree for handling fee.

2nd payment happens after your items have arrived in Singapore. Upon receiving your items, Le Belle will send you a email for second payment (if any) for top up of actual shipping fees and local postage. Le Belle will do the calculation for you and we will provide you with all the breakdown in the email.
All Payment should be made within 2days after our reply and kindly transfer to our DBS savings a/c 029-0-091253.
Please email us about the transaction number, time and date. Once your payment have been verified, we will send your items.
